How refunds and cancellations work for Veinote AB subscriptions, which are sold through Paddle as merchant of record.
Effective September 2026
Veinote subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Refunds, cancellations and applicable withdrawal rights are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy and Buyer Terms.
You may cancel your Veinote subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
If you would like to request a refund or exercise any applicable statutory withdrawal rights, please contact Paddle through their customer support service.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
